Why Did I Wait?

Joel Leslie was perfection as the narrator. The world building kept pace with the story. Actions, beliefs, societal norms were covered to explain actions without pulling you out of the book world. The romance was sweet and warm. Now I am off to get the second book. Worth a credit or the Whispersync price.

I loved this!

At the end of the others series, it kind of went down hill. im thankful that this book is free because I wouldn't have brought it. This book just made it back to the top. I don't care what anyone says but I will always thing of the scene when his dragon was doing the "give me, give me." thing when they were in the jeep and that made me literally spit out my drink and laugh so hard! I love how they finally went into depth about how the dragon reacts to things in the human. it was funny and I just loved this! honestly, I think this book is the best in all of the series. Nikki is a close second tho.

Great start to an offshoot series

Love this world and am so happy to be back in it. Can’t wait to read the rest. As always, Joel does a stupendous job.

Joel Leslie brings the characters to life. I always enjoy his performances.
