The advice and guidance in this book are desperately needed during this time of mass burnout. Staring down the long passage ahead to retirement, many of us are at our wits end, unsure if we can make it, and our quality of life is almost non-existent. I bought this audio book and will be buying the actual book so I can make many highlights for quick reference.
