You'd pay big bucks to get this exact same information from a therapist. Although the delivery would probably be smoother. Narration was dry and monotone.
The book is not a silver bullet but it offers some great items for your tool box.

Saved Me
This will absolutely change your mindset and how you approach your world. I did not realize how much overthinking was hurting my life and my loved ones. This helped me to see how toxic that can be even though I am an engineer. This book reprogrammed my brain. I plan on revisiting this on a monthly basis to make sure I stay on the positive path!
