some things I didn't realize were happening until the connection when listening to this audiobook. something as simple to itchy hands and wondering why to not having dark circles under my eyes but WHITE. my face stays swollen and puffy. I wish I could pinpoint how to help that but I'm actively trying to adjust for my health. would recommend for newly diagnosed or known about it for years.
