Thorough, informative . . . I'm empowered!

I wish I had learned this information a year ago. I'm an American expat living overseas in a country whose medical science is decades behind the U.S. Thus, I've had to educate myself and be my own advocate. This book gave me so much confidence. I told the doctors what tests I needed and then went and bought the correct supplements according to the results. My period is like what it was before. I already feel my body is 3 years younger. I know I'll get pregnant soon.

Too much info for an audiobook

This book has some really great information that is both intuitive and scientific. Unfortunately there is just too much information with specific dosage information that would just be easier to reference in a hard copy book or even ebook. Alternatively there should be a workbook included with audiobook purchase.

Ivf treatment

I have heard great things about the book and decided to give it a try. There was alot of information regarding egg quality, ivf, reasons why pregnancy isnt occuring. I felt like the author understood the struggle. I highly recommend.

I wish I read this during my egg retrieval…

I guess she probably quoted Dr. Maya Angelou - Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better. This book has been incredible illuminating. I have only been on the full supplement regimen for someone with low AMH and over 35 and already seeing improvements. I place to do the regimen for at least 3 months but being realistic it might take longer (if at all) but at least know I feel like I know what to try and I can sleep easy knowing I am trying everything.

Engaging and Informative

Lots of good information in this book. Only wish I could have found it years ago.
