Great Help

A great listen
This is an excellent audiobook. I have listened to multiple audiobooks on relationships, but this is another excellent addition to the information I have received previously.
The author didn't just take into account those who are currently in relationships but those who are single and looking to better their future relationships. The information is easy to follow and can be implemented immediately. While the author mentions taking into account the different relationship styles, the audiobook didn't drown the listener with too much information. Highly recommended.

Great contrast between healthy and unhealthy relationships!
For anyone needings some clear distinctions to set your mind at ease. Many red flags were discussed, a list of reasons for trust issues and how to build trust in relationship, and ways to rekindle old relationships were given to help spark new interest.
