I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The information was presented in a way that a reader with a non-medical background would understand and I appreciated what the author had to say. Overall a great read.

I would recommend this book for everyone to read or listen to. I found it extremely informative. It opened my eyes to the research and what is going on with our food system as well as prescription pills and all this goes on, but I would I would read this book.

Fatburn Fix was one of my early nutrition books I read. I have now read / listened to over 40 books. Dr. Cate is the author I trust the most. They are many good authors but she makes the science accessible.

This is a deep dive into seed oils and why they are so prevalent today. I think she is the first author to do this. I truly believe that is this is the missing point in the conversation.

She gives a blueprint of principles to follow that gives people flexibility in how they eat and how their macros can be flexible depending on the person.

This a must read for people who love to read about nutrition and are looking to expand their understanding.
