After a devastating loss, Hayden Foster guards his heart with unwavering determination.

A part-time professor and photojournalist, Hayden immerses himself in work, finding it easier to face the world from behind his camera lens. When his one-night fling walks into his classroom four days later, his carefully constructed walls begin to crumble.

Carefree frat boy Tyler Statler loves a good time. He's eager to take advantage of everything college life offers before embarking on his dream job as a music journalist. But when the bright-eyed stranger from a few nights before turns out to be his new professor, his world changes.

Despite the risks, Tyler and Hayden struggle to ignore their forbidden connection. When their undeniable attraction blurs the boundaries between student and teacher, their academic relationship quickly turns into illicit passion.

Knowing they're playing a dangerous game, they do all they can to keep their relationship private. But when an unforeseen revelation threatens to expose everything they've tried to keep hidden, it leaves their future hanging in the balance.

Now, they must make a choice. Either abandon their after-hours lectures or embrace the thrill of breaking all the rules.

The premise is kinda weak. They continually talk about how Tyler could get in trouble for their relationship, but I don't think that's how it works... It feels like they're trying to make it seem like Tyler has just as much to lose and came up with a silly reason... instead of Tyler just caring about what happens to Hayden. They continually make weird logic for their decisions. It's really frustrating and just bad writing trying to make the story more dramatic than it really is.

Tor Thom has a deep voice. It's relatively enjoyable but whenever he does anyone else's voice it sounds really bad. And his narration is generally too monotone. There's no passion for most of his reading. It definitely needed more effort.

A bit overdramatic and nonsensical...

Loved it! Great performance, low-angst story for when you need some time off that more heavy stuff. The mais characters are easy to like from the beginning, with a huge diverse supportive family.

Great low-angst relatable love story!!

I love the age gap, professor/student tropes so much. This one was fantastic! Hayden and Tyler were pure fire. Can’t wait to listen to the rest of the series.
