This wasn’t one of my favorites

The narration wasn’t it for me personally and the story seemed to drag. Some of the love scenes seemed forced (no pun intended). Like the scenes were trying to be forced on us so to speak. I still think it’s worth a listen/read (preferably read it on Kindle if you can instead of listening). Eventually it gets good but this was just a so so listen for me, especially after how good the first one was.

I love how one of the main character let her gurad down in the end and fell in love

I disliked how Sal always strayed away from how Devon really felt about her and how she really felt about him. They she always avoided his true feelings

Hot Raunchy sex scenes with Blerds and Romace and intrigue!

2nd book of this series did not disappoint. storyline kept you on your toes while infusing hot dirty sex with added love story. I like the way the author pulled in the other aspects of kink Not just Dom/Sub. definitely need to circle back to the books this was a spin off of. can't wait for Mila story.
*please make sure narrators get the characters names right, I was like who the heck is Miller.
Also James was superb w/accents, Claviden was terrible and know the characters the Q brothers were American so no need for the awful hispanic accents, and her Jamaican accent sounded like an Irish brogue. There's too many narrators out here to make us suffer. loved her regular voice as Sal.

Great series!

I love the character development. Also, it was good to get updates on the other characters from previous books. Can’t wait to learn more about Master Q.

Took a while

The first book was very much better. This one took me a minute to get into but at the end, it’s such a beautiful story.
