When a fellow teacher turns up dead and Cassie receives a cryptic letter from her a few days later, it’s clear to Cassie that something strange is going on at Falcon Ridge Academy. Everyone seems to be writing the death off as a tragic accident, but she’s not so sure.

Cassie has secrets of her own, though, so she’s initially reluctant to get involved. Torn between the urge to protect herself and the desire to investigate further, she decides on the latter.

And the consequences could be deadly.

Great listen!

Love the switch of characters, letting you know who was speaking and what was going through their minds, great story, lots of twists and turns

a good listen for when you don't have any credits

it was difficult to tell which character was speaking because the narrator didn't differentiate voices. it was also pretty clear who the killer was.

easy and entertaining book

Easy and entertaining book. Had some twists in it i wasn't expecting. great book.

Slow but not bad

Story was alright. Performances were fine. This book didn’t get interesting until the last 2 hours. And even then it was just alright. I listened all the way through because I needed to know what happened, but it wasn’t as exciting as other books I’ve listened to in the same genre.

Ok thriller

This is an ok thriller. It is short, so there is only so much that you can fit it a book in a short amount of time. The other plus is that it is free with an audible subscription and that is the main reason that I listened to it. If you are interested in a quick listen, give it a try.
