Organization with ADHD is hard, but this book helps!

This book gave me a lot of motivation for my organization or lack there of. It emphasizes and gives helpful tips for revising and figuring out what best suits you. I appreciated the emphases on one size does not fit all and to try things until something clicks, this is my AHDH motto! It encourages you to identify and play to your strengths which is super important with ADHD! I also find myself getting bored of old ways and need new ones to stay engaged so always happy to hear some new suggestions and perspectives. It breaks things down nicely and creates manageable steps with rewards for success. I appreciate that it gave advice for each room and not just organization as a whole. I’ve actually made the mistake of listening while at my sister’s house and ended up trying to organize her place!

This sounds like a good plan.

Organizing is already difficult, but a community of support is helpful. There are several unique ideas presented in this audiobook. The strategies and tools are good to have to make this work. Organization is a good thing, I can see how organizing a little bit every day makes this doable. It is easy to get overwhelmed, however, the ideas presented here make this a possibility. Attitude is everything and doing a little bit every day helps keep a positive attitude about organizing with ADHD.
