New Favorite Holiday Book

The author and narrator absolutely blew me away with this audiobook. So incredibly well done! The story is fantastical and whimsical yet completely relatable and the narrator was a joy to listen to. The author gives so many good details but there is no fluff to take away from the story line or make me want to skip ahead. This book was "just right". I'd highly recommend it for a holiday listening list!

If you need something to lighten your day, give you that lovely Christmas Spirit, and inspire so many good feelings, this is it.

The reason for the season

Great story. Wonderful characters. This books tells the real reason for the season. The love of a family and for the people of the town. A sister and brother needing a touch of the Lord and the love of their younger sister.

A delightful Edwardian take on the Nutcracker. I’m listening in June and will definitely be relistening in December!
