Story

Same as all the previous books. Half the book is a history lesson, which is interesting. The remaining book is the plot. Like always, Lance Spector is only about ten percent of the story. He is a minor character in these books. Why?

Great series

I liked that this book tied up lose ends from the previous book. This book keeps you on edge and hard to put down. I enjoy this series very much . Looking forward to continuing with The Center.

This is the second half of book 6

While I have enjoyed this series, I have to agree with other reviewers that Lance has become almost a minor player in the plot line, and much of it is history lessons and repetition. I love the author’s note at the end of the books where he states the books aren’t political. Anyway, I hope the series gets back to more action and less commentary like we had in the first 3 books. The performance is excellent.
