Now, with the war over, Derek’s companions are finally safe, and he can stop worrying about forces threatening them. So, with his people no longer in harm’s way for the first time, what will he choose to do next? Should he take a break? Should he try to learn more about the System Universe? Or maybe it’s time to make good on some promises.

A solid entry

I found this story overall as a good read. It finishes some story threads while opening more up. It leaves you wondering about the old system plot line, while leaving his adventures open as everything has settled. One relationship thing that has been hinted but never truly explored felt a little forced, but other than that, I thought everything ended nicely. I'm looking forward to seeing where the story goes as now, he has the entire world to explore and the other system coming.

Just good

Good book to kill time, on lower end of series. Lot of filler, but seems to be leading up to next book.

Another great installment of this series. Real big fan of this type of story.
Solid sense of justice, which I wish was not just a fantasy. derek is the boss

Evolving Story

Another good entry in an amazing series, while I felt some of the plot was more "developing" for future books it was also still interesting and created some deep moments for characters, while still maintaining the feel from the series. Overall pleased but more excited for what's next.

Chairs.....?

while overall the book was entertaining and well written, the author spent entirely to long going on and on about chairs and how the world lacks comfortable chairs. You can erase probably 1/3 of the book and not have lost anything concerning the main plot or storyline. I hope the next book does better and doesn't like a hurried rush job.

Continues to be one of my favorite litrpgs definitely buying book 8 and continuing the story

A bit of a let down

This was a bit of a slog to get through since a whole lot of nothing happens until about halfway through. After that it's still not all that exciting.

Great series

I love the series. The book is amazing. They always end it right when you’re itching for more which drives me crazy but I love this book. Please keep making him.
