Whether you just got diagnosed as AuDHD, or came to the realization on your own, you're probably wondering...what do I do now? That's how Megan Griffith felt after her own AuDHD diagnosis in her late 20s. So she wrote the AuDHD Welcome Guide that she (and so many other late-realized AuDHDers) desperately needed.

As an adult who's AuDHD, you need adult advice on how to do adult things, like how to make dinner every single night for the rest of forever, or how to interview for, get, and keep a job without burning out. You need support that's designed for you as an adult, and as someone who's not just autistic, not just ADHD, but both.

This audiobook covers all of that, and more. From gentle emotional validation to incredibly practical advice, and exercises to help you create real change in your daily life, Megan Griffith is ready to be your guide into the wonderful, terrible, confusing, liberating world of AuDHD.

Welcome home.

I very recently was diagnosed with autism as a 30 something adult and have been diagnosed with adhd for over ten years prior. This book has been so helpful for me, especially chapter 1. The value of that information and how it is disseminated has been incredibly helpful for me and understanding what and why I struggle with certain things all my life. Now that I am more aware of specifics, it will help me pinpoint my struggles and the reasons why so I can learn to more effectively handle them and learn how to live without having to constantly mask and wear myself out mentally and emotionally.

Overall this is a very comprehensive book, that makes total sense that it was written by someone else with Audhd, because the structure and information and how it was presented just clicked with me and was very easy for me to keep up with. Unlike some books that can be a struggle to get through even though they contain useful information.

This book has been extremely helpful in mitigating a total identity crisis for me and it was the perfect place for me to start on my journey to learn more about who I am with audhd and how to move forward. Thank you so much to the author!!
