I was incredibly disappointed when this book ended. The only reason was because I want MORE! More more more more!!! I love these books!

I love the humor, and there's a kind of defined end to the story (bottom of dungeon/become one of the ancients even if there is no definitely measure of how many levels this is. so kinda a mix between the elusive "endgame" in Primal Hunter/Defiance of the Fall and DCC which have a very obvious end (bottom or leaving the dungeon (maybe to take a deal to be in the map guild 🤡)).

I like the different personalities alot. I am just starting this book, but I have to get this out. There is research that 8hr sleep for humans are to much. in addition to this there are researchers that have gone 2yrs with 30min sleep every 6 hrs (one case) or a Swedish professor who slept 10 15 min every 4 hr. I have done similar stuff myself, but maybe more like awake 20hr+ sleep 2+ hrs for a week or more, before sleeping 6-8 hrs in a stretch before returning to 2hrs.

so just wanted to make a protest regarding SLEEP! How much sleep an ant need regarding humans, as it seems they have no problem before closing up on 3days with no sleep, while most humans would hit their foreheads in the worktable after 24hrs in most cases!!

(The people doing the "powernap" projects, stopped because of problem doing work with others (projects) when you suddenly have to sleep 30min in middle of work hrs, and the "normals" just stop working after 8hrs pr day, instead of 12-14 hrs...)

SLEEP critique or how This Litrpg are one of my favorites

These books have one of my top 3 fictional characters of all time. In no particular order, I have Donut from Dungeon Crawler Carl, Jester from Critical Role, and The Colony from Chrysalis. I love The Colony so much. For the colony!!!

I am starving for more!!

Of all the isekai stories I’ve read or listened to, Chrysalis is my favorite. Anthony, the MC, is very different from me in personality and style. He is well written and internally consistent, while the choices he makes are surprising, interesting, and believable to his character. The story is both an individual adventure and strategic expansion by a civilization, and both aspects are distinct and handled well. The narrators managed to make a staggering number of characters into distinct voices and personalities. In short, this was a treat.

Unique and exciting

This book is another good one in the series. Both the male and female voice actors are excellent.

I really like this series
