A thrilling new adventure based on the acclaimed TV series Star Trek: Picard!

2401: Just weeks after defeating a devastating joint attack by rogue Changelings and remnants of the Borg Collective, Starfleet and the Federation face a long period of recovery that requires replacing lost personnel and ships. While touring the USS Titan-A, which is just beginning an extensive repair-and-refit process that will take nearly a year to complete, newly promoted Captain Seven of Nine and her first officer, Commander Raffi Musiker, experience a bizarre temporal event which renders them both unconscious and sends Seven into a deep coma.

In the aftermath of this inexplicable attack, Admirals Jean-Luc Picard and Beverly Crusher are surprised by the appearance of Crusher’s son, Wesley. Now a Traveler capable of traversing through all of space and time, he warns them that forces he cannot identify are working to disrupt time for unknown and potentially catastrophic reasons. Reality as they know it is in jeopardy and, despite their initial best efforts, the effects are not contained but instead continue to escalate.

Picard, Crusher, and Musiker join Wesley in hunting through time to stop whoever or whatever seems hellbent on rewriting history. But what is their unknown adversary’s ultimate objective? Left unchecked, their efforts might well erase from existence those Picard and his friends hold most dear. What could justify attempting to defy fate itself?

First, I throughly enjoyed the adventure through time and roads not traveled. I appreciated the anguish of having to make very difficult decisions, agree or not. I also appreciated the respect for the Star Trek universe by reimagining stories from different series. All in all, loved the story.

Loved the Story!

This is an awesome book for a long time fan of the tv series. TOS, TNG. DS9. VOY. The movies and even the Kelvin timeline! Wesley. Guinan. This book had everything.

Great book!

It seemed like a Wesley and Raffi story. what i mean is they were the main characters of this story.
I wasn't much of a fan of Raffis character in the book or the show, (which has nothing to do with politics).
I did wish that there was more focus on different characters than Raffi.
I appreciated Wesley's character arc and I thought he was served well. And it pulls you into his story.
Although this story was between the time the borg were defeated and before the Enterprise G.
The story does serve star trek lore very well. For instance, l appreciate writers who use characters, places or situations from previous episodes or novels and do it well. And this story does play an homage to that type of storytelling.

it was a great story but...

I thoroughly enjoyed the book! As the story unfolded, and the introduction of the characters brought back great memories of watching all of the Star Trek TV series. I hope he writes another book, looking forward to it.

The combination of All Star Trek characters!

I'm not a Wesley fan. But I might be after reading this.
My favorite part was the end where maturity in relationships played a part.

Better than I expected
