Godsend

I had found this when I was going through a very rough patch, and sleep was somewhat of a luxury. Not only did this fantastic audiobook help with my sleep problems, but it helped me improve my mindset and outlook on life.

Could not ask for more

I could not ask for a better audiobook with more information on how to fix my sleep issues. I do not have insomnia, but due to a stressful job, I get barely any sleep. This guide helped me stand back on my feet in the mornings.

Fantastic!

This audiobook is genuinely fantastic. I have not had a better night’s sleep in forever! I was not sure about trying out meditation and yoga but gave them both a go. Yoga may not be for me still, but I love my morning meditation sessions!

Needed it

I needed this audiobook in my life. I have slept so well; I did not want to leave the bed! The stories included are phenomenal! Not only are they very varied, but they are long enough to let you drift off while imagining the views.

Health and sleep

The easiest yet most challenging way of improving your sleep is to implement a healthier lifestyle. Eating your greens, exercising (doing yoga, meditating) – they will all help you sleep well. The author gives plenty of useful suggestions on how to combat insomnia. I appreciate chapter 3. It covers information on how a healthier lifestyle will help combat insomnia and develop a proper sleep routine. I like the suggestions for the bedtime environment – I need to apply those suggestions to my bedroom! Overall, this audiobook has enough to help you fix and improve your sleeping patterns, so give it a go if you need help!

A true gem

This little gem has helped me do what my mom and her herbal remedies did not manage. I have started to meditate in the mornings and evenings, and I have to say that it should be a must. It helps so much!

When I read that this was bedtime stories, I thought it would be full of stories for adults. I was not expecting factual information and advice! I am well impressed (no, I did not read anything other than "bedtime stories," haha)! I learned a lot from it, and I still have more to go!

On the go

I love to listen to this audiobook on the go. Whenever I have to pass a large group of people (social anxiety), go on a bus or walk to work, I pop my earphones in and enjoy listening. This guide should be in the top three bestsellers!

No more counting

If, like me, you are tired of pointlessly counting invisible sheep, get this audiobook. It is full of advice from the expert likes of Walt Pixar. This man knows what he is talking about - and it is certainly not counting sheep.
