Helpful meditations

The meditations, stories, as well as the relaxing and soothing sounds were so helpful in promoting a good night's sleep. The narration is great and I wouldn't mind listening to this audiobook over and over again. If you are someone who has had trouble falling asleep, this is one audiobook I highly recommend!

Great all day for stressful times!

I listened to part of this book as I followed an ambulance with my husband in it to the hospital . It really helped to calm me down. The book even has a chapter for commuters riding a bus or train.

We read to our children to help them sleep and now we have this book that will read to us and help us relax and get to sleep. The bedtime stories are very enjoyable. You get to walk thru the woods to the waterfall or walk along the beach,

I love the positive affirmations the book has. If you have repetitive thoughts as I do about the past; it really helps you to stay in the moment, don’t waste time on the past and be positive about the future. Believe in yourself! This book does.

EXCELLENT AFFIRMATIONS TO RELAX YOUR MIND AND BODY

Stressed Out Adults...
Indeed an appropriate title for these trying times. I appreciate the author making an excellent effort to destress adults with these positive affirmations.

I was trying to listen to this audiobook in bed a few nights in a row... ended up waking up in the middle of the night with the audiobook still going... suffice to say it put me right to sleep which was great :) definitely a very soothing voice

The Best Audiobook for Falling Asleep Easily!

I recently listened to "Bedtime Stories for Stressed Out Adults" and I can't recommend it enough! Writing down my anxieties before bed has been so helpful in allowing me to let go of those worries and relax into sleep. And observing my emotions and physical sensations as I read what I wrote has helped me connect with my body and release any tension or stress. But the best part of this audiobook are the deep sleep meditations and self-hypnosis scripts. The narrator's voice is so soothing and calming, and the calming natural relaxing sounds really aid in drifting off into a deep, healing sleep. I have never slept better since listening to this audiobook, and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with falling asleep or dealing with stress and anxiety.

Fully Relaxing with Positive Messages

This audiobook is wonderful. I decided to try this as I do very stressful work with a demanding schedule. I also have 2 very busy toddlers and need to be a Mother first. I 100% am stressed and my sleep suffers nightly.

So I got this audiobook. There is SO much Goodness here! The self-hypnosis and guided meditations are a beautiful way of letting the day go and ensuring restful sleep. I’ve been using this for a week now and have slept better than I have in a long time. I love how these positive scripts are affecting my subconscious. I really appreciated this, and highly recommend it.
