Interested in the Mediterranean diet?

Full disclosure-I don’t favor the audio format for cookbooks as I find them difficult to manage. I personally like to flip back and forth. That’s my reason for the overall rating. If you enjoy this format, you will enjoy this book.

I thought this was well-done. (No pun intended!) the narrator had a pleasant voice and was very easy to understand, which is vitally important in a recipe.

She reads all the information which would make this a perfect choice for someone with vision problems.

I’d recommend a full listen through, bookmarking your favorite recipes so you can skip directly to them when you’re ready to cook.

The eggs Florentine for breakfast sounded delicious, as did the caprese chicken. A nice focus on fresh ingredients for maximum flavor.
