Go ahead and buy the audio version
Yes, the recipes are in the 130+ page pdf. No, Susan does not read the recipes to you. There is a little review from her book, but quite a bit of new information. If you are new to BLE, you will want to start with Bright Line Eating, and not just the cook book. But make sure to get this book too. Plus, using a credit makes the audible version the most affordable.

Worth getting audible version
I wouldn't normally buy an audio version of a cook book but it's more than just a cookbook. It's an eating program and although not glamorous and gimmicky, it gives a pathway to lasting weight loss. It's narrated by the author who I love. I bought the hard cover book too but missed hearing Susan Peirce Thompson describe it in her own words so got the audible version for listening in my car. It's a small price to support my journey to keep my weight off.

Not for me
This book is a spin-off of other books and the website charges an arm and leg to do the program that is already out there for free. All the information is out there and it is free. I was disappointed. I should have done more research. I found a similar program with a little bit of research for free.
