Excellent

I'm just starting the BLS program, and decided to read this so I know what to expect when I finish the BLS program. There was a lot of new information in this book that I found useful and educational.

Awesome book!

I'm actually a personal trainer and I enjoyed every bit of this book. This is a must read for beginners in advance lifters.

great info

A bit of an information overload, especially with the Audible version, however that is preferable to some of the other fitness books I've consumed. Write things down as you listen if you can.

Mike Matthews is your fitness expert!

I’ve read literally everything Mike has written, so much so I feel like I know the guy. What he has taught me has changed my life.

If you want to know how to change your body, this is the guy you should be getting advice from!

Finally

I Loved the book and its greatly to finally listen to truth and facts about losing weight and building muscle. Mr. Matthew's talks about facts and truth and doesn't let money distort his beliefs. Thank you sir .

excellent research and fundamental wisdom

this book will give you hope and a solid plan 2 understand butt workouts and the nutrition and certainly the mindset that galvanizes a great physique I would read it again it was so good

awesome book

great book, lots of quality information. not much more you can do past the previous book because of how simple everything is, but good job nonetheless. wish it was longer though..
