Publisher's summary

Fresh out of college, Katie Parker had it all - a charming romance, a role in a famous stage production, and an idyllic life in London. Until she found her boyfriend cheating and got herself fired from the play. Leaving everything behind, Katie hops a plane home, only to run into her first love, Charlie Benson. Katie questions everything she ever thought she wanted - including a renewed romance with her high school flame. While she attempts to rebuild her life, Katie's plan to manage the family's theater meets a devastating obstacle, dragging her into a legal battle that will rock her small town. And the boy who once broke her heart seems to have the power to do it again. As Charlie's secrets unravel, Katie must make a choice. Can she overcome her past and trust Charlie with her heart again?

Why did it have to end?

Another great Katie Parker story, I'm sad it's over. I love the people of In Between!

love the stage and family all go hand-in-hand

so by the time that you're reading this book hopefully you have read the other books. the in between series of Katie Parker is an excellent book if you've ever been wondering whether you fit in or not read someone else's point of view. they will wind up making you realize that you have tons of people that love you. if you're going through a hard time and you're a foster kid sometimes listening to a book that tells you about how someone as a teenager can be loved by anyone. I was put into the Foster system not because my mom was a drug addict but for many other reasons. and this book touched my heart cuz I had someone take me in when I was screwed up and not knowing what was right. read the book you'll love it that's all I'll say have a great day.

A little disappointing

I read all the books in this series and was disappointed by this last one. I found the heroine turned into a whiny, self centered character, unwilling to listen to any voice other than her own. There was also a very missing presence of God in this book. That is the most disappointing bit. There were times I thought sure I was reading a "sweet sixteen" romance novel.
Jones writes well though and the narration is very good.
