So relaxing
I love this entire book. The narrator's voice is both compassionate and relaxing. The book reminds me how important it is to care for myself as I care for my loved one. The affirmations are encouraging, empowering, and helpful. It is easy to listen to while doing housework or taking advantage of my downtime. I recommend this book to anyone struggling with putting their needs before their loved ones. After reading the affirmations out loud, I can remember them when second-guessing myself.
