Bought for my mom-excellent guide!
I’ve been looking for a gentle way for my mom to stay active as she gets older, and this book has been such a great help. The 10-minute routines are easy to follow, and I love how she can do them right from my chair without feeling overwhelmed. It’s helped her feel more flexible, and I’ve noticed an improvement in her balance, which I was worried about. The exercises are perfect for her pace, and having a routine that fits into her day without too much effort is good. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay active at any age!

Yoga For Life
Yoga is very important for all ages, both young and old. My parents are old and never exercise, and if they choose yoga, they don't know where to start. I am glad this audiobook exists so I can listen and learn some skills to share with my parents. The author shares tips and advice on the right and healthy way to do yoga. The 10-minute chair yoga routine is exciting and addresses your age-related concerns. Of Course, old people can suffer from falls, and if they choose not to exercise, it will be painful to recover from any falls, and I am grateful for the audiobook.

Excellent!
I got this audiobook for my mom. I was thrilled to see it comes with a pdf, so you get all diagrams, which is very helpful. My mom likes that the suggested routines only take her about 10 minutes to do- anything longer and I don't think she would stick with it. So far so good, she is doing it and that is a huge win!

Better movement for better living
I wanted to check this audiobook out before sending it along to my parents. While it seems counterintuitive for anything with ‘chair’ in the title that actually promotes movement, but that’s the entire purpose of the book. Movement and exercise, at any level and degree is great for those aging or leading a sedentary lifestyle. This audiobook helped me understand even basic exercises can be beneficial. Great book for encouraging health.
