A comforting listen!

THOROUGH & EMPOWERING
This book skillfully leads you through the uncommonly known challenges of menopause. Author successfully unfolds a broad scope of information such as physical, mental & emotional symptoms, along with how to deal with sexual & relationship issues.
I especially loved the section on hormone replacement therapy & its many benefits. Light is also shed on coping skills to rebalance emotional health through Yoga, paced breathing, Essential Oils, exercise & nutrition.
This book is a must read for any woman going through the stressful chapter of menopause. This information is comprehensive & valuable and the advised resolutions are practical.
I highly recommend this book.

Menopause Tore Me Up!
Man! I remember going through menopause and thinking, wtf how does every woman go through this at some point in their life, I wasn't even 30 years old yet. I ended up having to get HRT, and I'm glad the book addressed the effects of that as well. This is a book I wish I had listened to ages ago, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the premenopausal stages and anytime thereafter—great insight and information.

A relatable guide
This book shows the concerns and feelings that many women experience with perimenopause and menopause. I remember my father having a discussion with my brother and me about menopause so that we could be compassionate with my mother. I felt the same tone and support with this book for when this time arrives in my life. I think it's a great tool for others to share with their families to support women and educate their support system. I really appreciate the author's personal experiences. Excellent explanation of menopause
The author and narrator give an excellent explanation of the effects of menopause. They explain it in a way that all women can understand. An explanation of symptoms is covered as well as what medication or alternative natural remedies including mas
sage and deep breathing is also covered. I recommend this book for all women approaching their 40s and beyond.
