What a way to end the series!

If you’ve been following along then you’ll be well aware that @tessahalewrites is a relatively new to me author and I’ve been reading through her backlog (whenever my moodiness allows, lol).

But the Dragons of Ember Hollow series was my first read of hers! Little did I know at the time that only book one was released 😅 —but it didn’t stop me from anxiously awaiting for the next two books to drop and read them IMMEDIATELY.

Well, release day is here and book three has been read, so let me tell you what I loved:

🐉 As with the two preceding books the action is absolutely non-stop. There’s always something going on—villains abound and they are constantly coming at Hayden and her mates from every direction. This makes for a fast paced read that keeps you furiously turning each page.
💕 Seeing the way Hayden navigates the relationships with one of her mates and seeing their bonds form/strengthen was definitely a highlight for me. Yes, this book is steamy (obv, it’s why choose! lol), but it’s also a great way to see that in order to make relationships work you need to understand your partner(s) and communicate accordingly.
🔥 SO MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF SPIIIIIICE. There’s a little something for everyone in this book! ❤️‍🔥
💜 While I would’ve LOVED to see more of the entire crew happily bonded in this book (we’ve got some hold outs, folks), the epilogue definitely showed me a bit more of what the full bonded group dynamic would be like and now I’m just sad that it’s all over! 😩

I also had the pleasure of listening to this book while reading along with the ebook and the full cast absolutely NAILED their performances—they each fully embodied the personality of their individual characters so much so that I knew which character was which simply by tone/inflection. It was so well done!

Epic Conclusion!

Little Flame…Burn forever! Dawn of Flames by Tessa Hale was the dark, wild, twisted conclusion to Hayden and her fated mate's dragon shifter romance that I devoured in one sitting. Hayden’s journey to HEA was full of unraveling secrets, dangerous encounters, and of course steamy devotion that I couldn’t get enough of. The trilogy does not disappoint!

Vanessa Moyen performs this audiobook featuring Jacob Morgan, Teddy Hamilton, Connor Crais, Jason Clarke, and Joe Arden. Moyen once again gives a stellar, passionate performance honing in on Hayden’s budding confidence, ever-growing power, and newfound strength to find her dragon and fight for herself and her fellas. Plus, all of the supporting fellas’ performances portrayed all the reasons why they were destined to protect and serve Hayden which made each one irresistible in their unique ways.

Overall, I LOVED this book. If you are a fan of a why choose dragon shifter romance with a powerful purple dragon shifter heroine, five protective hunky mates, kidnapping, danger, secrets revealed, campus life, undeniable steamy chemistry, all the spice, devotion, bonding, truths about the past, jaw-dropping plot twist, and a HEA that will light a flame in your heart then you will love the conclusion of Hayden, Cillian, Knox, Easton, Maddox, and Cael’s epic love story. I am looking forward to more from Tessa Hale.

Dragons oh my!!!

Can I get some dragon shifters to come sweep me away? No…well, I guess I’ll just have to swoon over Hayden’s group of guys LOL.

What an epic conclusion to this gripping and highly addictive trilogy. The tension, the angst, the twists, the non-stop action, the chemistry and bond between Hayden and her men…hands down a must read for anyone who loves fantasy/paranormal romance.

This trilogy has seriously been such an amazing journey, and when we finally find out all the who’s and why’s…I was shookith people...just wow. I loved the character growth of Hayden and all the guys. Watching their bonds develop and strengthen made my why choose, fated mates loving heart so happy. These guys are the dream team ok…possessive, total alpha men, protective, caring, and everything you could possibly want….SWOON.

And the epilogue…my life is complete. Like talk about tying the perfect bow on an already phenomenal story. Chef’s kiss perfection!

Audiobook fans…this is a full cast that will have your ears doing a happy dance, so if audiobooks are your thing, I highly recommend listening to this one!

Great Finale!

This was an excellent finale to the series, and the multiple narrator’s make it even more fun to listen to! Tessa’s books never disappoint!

Great ending for this series

Dawn of Flames is a satisfying end to The Dragons of Ember Hollow series. Although I felt the story wrapped up kind of quickly, I enjoyed all of the action, drama, and steam. The epilogue was super sweet and perfect too! I love Tessa Hales writing and I hope we get to see more of these characters in future stories.

A great finale to this amazing PNR RH dragon shifter series! Tessa wrote another masterpiece!

I absolutely loved the finale of this trilogy. Tessa Hale continues to write masterpieces that make me feel completely emerged in her worlds.

Readers can really see the character development with Hayden, from being timid and shy, to a *fiery 😉* woman 👏🏽 truly, this was an amazing finale to a fantastic trilogy!

And the sneak peek at the end?! I thought Hayden and her dragon mates were my favorite story from Tessa, buttttt based on what I just read 👀 I know I’m about to have a new favorite 😍 I genuinely can’t wait!

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart Tessa! This series was amazing. Straight perfection. Full of twists and turns. Craziness that I didn’t expect! You had me glued from page one!!!

And that epilogue was everything. EVERYTHING!!!

Dawn of Flames is the last installment in the Dragons of Ember Hollow trilogy and this was such a fantastic end to this epic series! This is a fated mates, dragon shifters, why choose romance that delivers on the most delicious characters! If you want a bingeable series to obsess over, read this series right now!

This series needs to be read in order, the first 2 books end on cliffhangers that lead into the next book. So this 3rd book picks up directly after the accident at the end of book 2 and we jump right back into this fast-paced world! From the bond, Hayden learning about her family history, dragon shifts, friendships, dragon scales, broody heroes, a heat…so much to keep your attention in this book! I love how each hero in this series brings something different to the story and has their own backstory to work through. We get angst in this one and getting to see the final relationship click into place was everything! The epilogue was sooo perfect! 🥹 And then the setup of the next series and character 👀, I AM SCREAMING!! So very excited! 👏👏

I binged the audio ALC and highly recommend this whole series in audio, such a fantastic full cast of narrators. Thanks so much to the author, all thoughts in this review are my own.

I am GIGGLING like a schoolgirl!!! I think Easton just became my favorite! The way he went from grumpy to lovey melted my heart. 

I love how this was the final book, yet there were still so many twist and turns thrown at you. Action, spice, and suspense, you name it. Tessa knew how to end this final book with a "!!" Absolutely adore how the story came together and the way it ended!

And might I add.. listening to the audiobook alongside reading, PERFECTION! The narrators did such an amazing job capturing the intense emotions in this story. LOVE!

What an ending

I fell in love with the story and these characters the moment I started listening to this book. The performances were amazing the contents superb. The only thing that I wish is that it would’ve been done and duet. I would’ve loved to hear more of the guys throughout the book.

Incredible Audiobook!

Dawn Of Flames is the third and final book in the Dragons of Ember Hollow Series. It is a paranormal, dragon shifter, fated mates romance with action, intrigue, betrayal, and a well deserved HEA.

This is such a terrific finale to Hayden and her mates story. I loved seeing, and hearing, them get there happily ever after. Hayden suffers a great deal in this book. Subsequently, she shows immense character growth, which I loved. I also loved how the relationships between Hayden and the guys cement.

The writing, flow, and pace of the story are terrific, as are the characters, character development, storytelling, storyline, relationship developments, and world building.

The audio for this title is amazing. The epic cast of narrators include, Vanessa Moyen, Joey Arden, Jason Clarke, Connor Crais, Teddy Hamilton, and Jacob Morgan. They do an absolutely fantastic job bringing all of the awesome characters, and their story to life. There honestly could not have been a better cast for this audiobook.

If you love an amazing dragon shifter, fated mates story, then I highly recommend this book and series. I’d also highly recommend the audiobook, it’s really incredible!
