Von diesem Konstrukt der Chaotarchen soll eine ungeheure Gefahr für die Milchstraße ausgehen.
Perry Rhodan wird zum Allianz-Kommissar ernannt mit dem Auftrag, diese Informationen zu prüfen und die Gefahr zu bannen.
