Facilitators exist wherever learning happens. Anyone who works in a community organization, a corporation, a government, or a healthcare environment can end up leading a workshop, running a course, or otherwise facilitating others’ learning. For the facilitator in mind
For being a facilitator and instructor going on three decades, this audible book did not disappoint. In each chapter the author offered up some great insight, nuggets of truth, and ways to dig deeper into the material. Her well rounded approach to each chapter was both informative and thought provoking. Very rarely did I think I new it all, especially when she offended a different perspective about the subject. If she were to offer a two or three day course near me, I would gladly take it! Enjoy…
