Empowering!!!
The lists of affirmations in this program are a great way to boost confidence and self esteem. They are clearly written by a women and also narrated by a women so that really makes it a positive experience. There are different types of affirmations and they are categorized respectively. There are for example, affirmations for health, for confidence, for wealth etc.

An excellent resource
This is an excellent resource for women. It’s filled with positive affirmations. There are also pauses between the affirmations to give you time to fully absorb each affirmation and feel the feeling associated with the affirmations.

Unlike similar books
This one is filled with a variety of affirmations and not just ‘’I am’’ affirmations such as many of the other books in the same genre and I appreciated that very much. The affirmations are also relatable and not random or generic so I definitely recommend this one!

Positivity
While most affirmations programs contain generic and emotionless affirmations, this one isn’t the same. The affirmations in this book are the absolute best ones and there are so many as well. If you’re looking for a great way to your day then this is the best way to do just that :D
