Publisher's summary

Nancy Springer's nationally best-selling series and breakout Netflix sensation is back! Enola Holmes is on the case, when a young porter - the boy in buttons - disappears without a trace.

Enola Holmes, the much younger sister of Sherlock and Mycroft, owns a building in the heart of 19th-century London, a place she uses under pseudonyms to front for her investigative work. Employed there is a porter - Joddy, a young boy in a uniform festooned with buttons - whose even younger brother substitutes for him when he's sick. But Paddy disappears after one day at the job, and Enola Holmes is alerted to this by the still ill Joddy.

Determined to find the missing porter, Enola travels to the rough part of London where the boys live and starts searching Aldgate Pump area for the missing boy. When she finds the missing buttons - but not the boy - she decides that drastic action is essential if she's to save the missing boy.

Enjoyable, but too short for a credit

Great story. But a whole credit for a story I listened to in 18 minutes was a bit of a disappointment. There should at LEAST be three stories of this length before an entire credit is used.

Ebola my librator

Can't wait to get the next book. its the unique way she has of writing, She really captures the times and adds just a little humor. The first book was very well written and envolved historical as well as marvelous characters. if you're not careful before you know it you're neatly drawn in for a whole night's reading.

Quick Taste of the Series

Another great Enola Holmes story but in quick form. In this adventure, Emola again thwarts danger to save a young employee’s sibling. Captivating as always but in short form— approx 30 min in length.

This was not worth one credit

I was disappointed that this made one credit’s worth of a book. The story was entertaining, but by the time it started it was over.

Too short - not worth one star!

I didn’t notice it was so short. It’s not worth being charged a credit for it. I feel ripped off.

Short and not worth one credit

This story was about 30 minutes long. My fault for not noticing when I purchased it, but really—one credit!? What a waste!

Narrator is new. Storyline didn’t seem well thought out. The story just ended quickly; no surprises.

Too short! A waste of a credit

The story could have been so much more. Very disappointing. I didn’t like the new narrator either.
