Inspiring leadership advice
dave gives a lot of great advice. he has passion, wit, and is a bit didactic at times, but that is just a part of his style. I didn't learn anything earth shatteringly new, but it was all put together in a very motivating, cohesive presentation. it reminded me how and why to be a good leader. every leader should listen to this book at least once; there is sure to be a take-away that will help your company or team.
