Absolutely loved this one! Very well done!

I really enjoyed this story! I loved watching these two come together. Ellie dislikes Landen and has for years. Everyone knows about it but no one knows the reason, Landen included. He likes her, she makes his heart skip a beat, and he has changed to get closer to Ellie and figure out why she disliked him or get to change her mind. Then Ellie gets a concussion and doesn't know who Landen is and why she disliked him. Landen likes Ellie and wants to take care of her but he doesn't want to take advantage of her memory loss and tells her that. He is upfront in the fact that she hated him for years but the reason is unknown. I enjoyed that the others around her and Landon didn't let her just go in blindly and let her know that she disliked him for an unknown reason but didn't push her away from getting to know him. They take things slow because of it so this one is definitely a slow burn but it fits situation and characters. Once they break some of that barrier though and decide to take the risk it is great watching them build their relationship and physical connection. I love how Landon would only go so far so fast and wouldn't let them just get lost in the moment and kept her wellbeing at the top of the list and also made sure she was taken care of. I love the banter between Ellie and Landen and how even though Ellie can be ugly with him, he isn't ugly back. I love how he handled himself and all the different situations and then how those actions spoke for themselves. It just adds to the banter and antics between them. I loved the development as Ellie and Landen go from enemies to friends to lovers. It is very well done and had me engaged from beginning to end. I absolutely adored these two and this story and can't wait for more!
The narrators did a phenomenal job with this story and these characters! The accents were spot on as well as the emotions and actions that were portrayed. It was so well done and really brought the story to life and had me even more engaged and enmeshed into the story! This was my first story with Stella Hunter as the female narrator and she knocked it out of the park. Aaron Shedlock is always fantastic and this was another one well done!

Landen and Ellie - so good!!

Landen and Ellie are absolute rockstars in this cowboy romance! The ending of the last book teased this one and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!

Landen has been into Ellie for years, ever since she started training at his families ranch. But Ellie has always been anti-Landen and he has never known why.

Here we are years later and Ellie has an accident and loses parts of her memory. Including everything related to Landen. So Landen finally gets his second shot, until her memories potentially come back and leave them in the same place they were.

I rooted so hard for Ellie and Landen! These two had so much chemistry, even when Ellie was doing everything to fight it. I loved how they were able to fall in love so easily after everything happens and get their HEA. Like it was always meant to be.

I finished to this audiobook and it was absolutely fantastic! Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter couldn’t have been better voices for these characters. I loved Stella’s narration and vulnerability and strong willed nature that is Ellie and I loved Aaron/Landen and all his flirty and dirty talk!

CANNOT wait for the next book in the series! This is one of my all time favorite series.

One More Condition

Wow! These two narrators did an amazing performance. I could listen to Aaron all day. I absolutely love this book and highly recommend it. I have been waiting on pins and needles for Landen and Ellie's story and what a wonderful one it is. These two have dealt with so much in their life and then it taking an accident for them to get together after 4 years of being at odds. I just love the enemies to lovers trope but this book is so much more than that. It has so much emotional depth but still has that light heartedness that Landen is known for as well as his dirty talking. Talk about book boyfriends Landen is swoon worthy. I really enjoyed seeing these two get their HFN. I can't wait for more of Sugarland Creek and the wonderful people in it.

Sugarland creek 🫶🏻

I was absolutely ecstatic to be back in Sugarland Creek with the Hollis family. To say I was champing at the bit for Landen and Ellie's story would be the understatement of the year. I simply COULD NOT WAIT to dive deeper into their unrequited love/misunderstood hatred dynamic. THE WAY THIS MAN MADE ME SWOON. Actual heart eyes. His persistence prior to her accident was terribly endearing, you couldn't help but feel sorry for him in the most heartbreaking way. The reason why Ellie had such animosity towards him made so much sense and was so relatable and unfortunate that it made their HEA that much more sweet. I love everything that comes out of Sugarland Creek and I cannot wait to continue this series, it just keeps getting better and better. 5/5 stars!!

Loved every second

I loved every moment of this audiobook! The banter, the tension, and the cowboy charm undid me. The banter between our two love birds is absolutely delicious and the best part is even after they get together the banter doesn’t stop. Usually in an enemies to lovers after the couple gets together they are all lovey dovey and all the banter and sass does away, but not with these two. If anything it gets better once they are a couple.
Loved this book so much. The amnesia and the tension that brought to the story was perfection.
The narrators were fabulous and did a great job brining the story to life. Loved every minute of listening. Highly recommend to all who love a cowboy gentlemen in the streets and a 😉 during the 🌶️ times with a 🔥 FMC who knows how to hold her own.

Audiobook review: Narrated by Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter
4 stars for story / 5 stars for performance

Landon's backstory had me rooting for him from the start. The twist was a bit predictable but the story telling was done so well it didn't take away from the drama of it at all. Ellie's family was interesting, and you never really know which side of the lane they fit in and there was less conflict than in the previous books but if you like lots of fun flirty banter with low-medium angst, this is a great fit.  

While I truly enjoyed this story, the audio performance really took it up a notch. The emotional story was brought to life so well by both the male and female narrators. Aaron Shedlock provided the perfect lighthearted attitude toward Ellie while still projecting the vulnerability of Landon's character with subtlety. Stella Hunter also did an amazing job with Ellie's character. She shines when voicing multiple characters with distinction.
