Awesome!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I'm now on a whole food plant-based diet and consider it my Bible. removing Dairy from my diet resolved my digestive problems. thanks dr. Greger

I LOVE THIS BOOK

I wish everyone would read this book!!!

The author narrates the book so well. I feel like he's in the room with me and speaking from the heart and not just reading a script he wrote. The nutrition information is out of this world and so easy to understand. Read this book!

Excellent comprehensive book of useful and important information!

I have read dozens if not hundreds of books on health and nutrition. I am an A.C.E. Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with a specialty in nutrition. This is the best and most complete book that I have ever read. I am going to read it again - right now! Thank you Dr. Greger for this labor of love. Most doctors are clueless when it comes to nutrition. As you said, "A doctor a day keeps the apple away."

BUY MULTIPLE COPIES!!!!!

I listened to this book after having been exposed to Dr. Greger's wonderful work on Nutritionfacts.org and YouTube. Before I could finish my first listen I became a Whole Food Plant Based Vegan and have told my children I can no longer look at them and say "I Love You" and continue to feed them animal products. Although my family does not yet fully understand my reasons, it is my prayer that my family will continue to educate themselves and make their own commitment to protecting the most precious thing they have, their Health. My identical twin sister died at the age of 37 from Lupus and I watched my Maternal Grandparents, my Father as well as all of my Great Aunts and Uncles except one die from some type of cancer or heart, kidney or brain disease. I have lost the vast majority of my family to ill health and though most people believe that this is just what happens when we age I know that there are people and cultures who live long fruitful and active lives. I want to be with my family for a very long time and I want us all to enjoy an active, and joyful long life. I believe that this is our first and most important inalienable right!

Everyone should read (listen) to this book!

I listened. Then I listened again. My husband listened. Friends listened ... it has changed our lives. His delivery style and backup of information is too compelling to just "blow off" you can't miss with this one!

good book

if you don't want to stop eating everything good dont read . If your main thought process is i want to do what ever it takes to be healthy. Read it or listen to it two days later you will be well informed believe me.
