Great Presentation!
Thank you for this excellent book! The narration was easy to listen to, good cadence, nice voice. I own books by Buettner, Greger, Campbell, Esselstyn, McDougall and others. This book is an excellent addition. I particularly liked that it was no pressure and no judgement, just facts about how to live longer with less disease, while helping the planet through plant based nutrition.

excellent resource to start your path to health
Loved everything from the real world implementation and understanding of how hard it is to change your diet and lifestyle to the deeper science and ample resources. Great book. I intend to share with my friends, family, and patients!
