This book is great as it offers a clear and structured path to healthier and more fulfilling relationships but utilizing rational thinking, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness. The thing that makes this standout in a world flooded with information is the bullet points included at the end of every chapter and separated into their own chapters for easy access. In today's day and age there is an abundance of information and it is easy to get lost in the sauce. This format allows you to quickly recap the main ideas in an convenient place.
