Interesting in the Beginning

As I began listening to this audible book, it starts out witty, brilliant, and holds my attention. However, as time passes, it sounds like someone’s opinion versus anything based on facts. I like the concept of an audio book because I drive for a living, delivering mail and parcels to my community. Overall, this audible book gets 3 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Not helpful

This book has no solution and offers no tips or strategies to stop overthinking. Basically just tells you what overthinking is and how it can hurt relationships. Most likely if you have chosen to read this book you are already aware you do this. Seemed like a waste of time.

Horrible narrator

This is the worst narrator ever. And the way she talks. Do not download this book.

Difficult to keep focus with the narrator

Good content.
