A great resource

What a comprehensive book!

The author has compiled a wealth of information to walk us through ADHD’s chemistry and provides step-by-step tools to help manage and overcome. I love the science provided. From enhancing relationships to managing impulsivity, we now know how to map our goals and track progress. Love it!

Exercises for staying focused

I thought the mind-mapping exercises were super helpful for staying organized and focused. I've also found the bonus materials on finance management and the ABC model to be a lot of help too. With ADHD, there are so many things that can be a struggle. But this book has a lot of tools and techniques to manage your symptoms and live a more fulfilling life.

Great workbook for ADHD

Although targeted toward men, this is a great workbook for their spouses to review as well. Honestly, the spouse may have to remind their poor ADHD husbands to finish the workbook LOL! The narrator’s clear and friendly tone made the exercises easy to follow, and I love how the workbook focuses on practical solutions specifically for men. The mind mapping exercises seem to be a great way to stay on track with tasks. I appreciated how manageable the techniques were—nothing overwhelming and relatively simple to implement. The workbook also allows some conversation points with spouses regarding challenges or behaviors that may cause frustration in the household.
