Neuro linguistic programming is the language of

NLP is the language of the subconscious mind, and if you learn how to speak the language you can learn how to improve your thinking! I liked this book because it is really in depth and give you a complete guide on how to use the methods.

Liberate yourself from negative thoughts

Anyone can learn these techniques, that’s probably what I appreciate most about this book. Unfortunately they take a little bit of effort and introspection, but the results are WELL worth it if you ask me. You can’t put a price on happiness.

Anxiety is a sign of intelligence

As this book mentions, anxiety is not something that anyone should be ashamed of, in fact it is a sign of intelligence because it means that you are processing information about your environment in a way that allows you to imagine future scenarios. Use this processing power to bring about positive change, rather than dwelling in negativity!
