Unique approach to Market Segmentation
This book provides an innovative approach to market segmentation. The author chose to discuss the disadvantages and advantages of niching. By giving an overview of the disadvantages early in the book, it made his arguments easier to understand. Every entrepreneur should read this book. Even solopreneurs should consider whether or not this strategy will work for them. This book gave me a new perspective on my market and its opportunities.

Powerful and balanced perspective
I value books and thought leaders that have actually lived the very thing they talk about rather than preach from theory only. As an entrepreneur and business owner I’ve always debated the pros and cons of niching vs broadening the business model and Chris’s experience and perspective was very helpful and powerful for me to consider pros and cons I haven’t even thought of before. I hope aspiring entrepreneurs find this book sooner than I did!
