Publisher's summary
Turning inward they form a closed society shielding themselves from the outside world. In their desperation they are confronted with morality issues, which tests their faith in God. Choosing a path of blind obedience, the townspeople swear allegiance to their Exalted Church Elder, Elroy ‘The King’ Gurdy and become bound to his sinister demands. Elroy’s inheritance from his Great-Grandfather the founder of Nowhere, is a legacy of death. What ensues is their fall from grace and downward spiral into hell, as they come face to face with the price of their evil misdeeds.
