How do you define the good life? For many, success is measured not by health and happiness but by financial wealth. But such a worldview overlooks the important things in life: personal contentment, family time, spirituality, and the health of the planet and those living on it. A preoccupation with money and possessions is not only unhealthy, it can also drain the true joy from life. In recent years, millions have watched their American Dreams go up in smoke.

Vetted & Approved 👍
Perfect for my niece & nephews! I always listen before gifting their young minds anything. This has passed with flying colors. The family & relationship building is great. How to do small actions through your day to create success. How to handle money. One improvement would be if the book had references that teens could refer to and build each of these values. Overall fabulous book and happy to gift it to my teen family members! 🚀

Must-read book for teens
This is a great book that I would have loved to have when I was a teenager.
Every teenager (or parents of teens) should listen to this book, as it contains a lot of useful tips and good advice that will prepare teens to better face their future and adulthood.
I remember how difficult it was for me to learn by myself how to manage money and plan my meals on a budget when I started university, as these are essential skills that nobody will teach you...
I especially liked the message from the author at the end of the book, very helpful and full of positive vibes!

MARVELOUS INFORMATION FOR EVERY TEEN!
5 STARS! Every parent should have their teen listen to this. It is full of everyday life skills that should be taught in our school system. Our world is challenging at times, and I can only imagine how complicated things will be when my kids grow up and go on thereon. As a father of three, I direct my children with the best advice possible. I enjoyed this audio because if you take this advice practical, it will help your teen through the challenging transitioning stage to adulthood.

A highly recommended book for parent and teen
It is definitely a book every parent or legal guardian with a teenager should listen to as well as give to them, because not only does it nicely explain many of the common modern life skills children should know but it also explains why our children behave the way they do, such as being rebellious and such. I always argued that it was because they fought they were old enough that they started to think they had the right to talk back to us, but it was actually something deeper, something totally unrelated to disrespecting us. As soon as my niece started keeping her surroundings clean and talking to me about her problem, I knew the audiobook worked for her. My hope is that she will continue to improve.

I wish I had this book 4 years ago!
Your teenage years can be the hardest part of your life because you're still a kid in your mind but your body and society are killing you to grow up. It's a huge learning process where you have to adapt to adult life very quickly. This book is a cheat guide to making your life 10x easier. It deals with important issues like earning your own money all the way down to personal hygiene when those hormones start to kick in.

Quality life skills
My teenage son really enjoyed listening to this.
Sometimes topics like these come better from an outside source than a parent saying clean up your room or take a shower.
I also think most life skills like this are taught to kids by parents… however sometimes that parent is lacking in some of those skills themselves and so this is a great addition to helping kids get and stay on the right track for their future.

this one nailed it in the head
Rebecca has done her research as I went through the audiobook before passing it to my teenage son, I knew the things that were covered were absolute bullseye for things my son has been dealing with. We even had a few chuckles on the accuracy of Rebecca's assessment as it came to social media savvy kids and their tiktoks. My son is quite an entrepreneur with a successful YouTube channel/tiktok account along with his narrative services on fiverr and other platform, nonetheless, he has a few challenges that this book is definitely addressing. The attached pdf was a definately plus as a follow along. THis audiobook should definitely be in toolkit for teens and parents, No doubt! Thank you Rebecca!

A great resource
Wow! I wish I knew some of the concepts explained in this book when I was a teenager. This book teaches teenagers the skills they should know to help them in adulthood. Many kids nowadays do not learn how to live on a budget, shop, take care of their rooms, or deal with the roller coaster of emotions that comes with the teenage years. I even learned a few things about looking after my car from this book. Good narration and a great listen. Highly recommended
