This is not really a book. I basically in a podcast format that is very brief and a little informative. Nothing you can't find in youtube

What was most disappointing about Cory Boatright’s story?

Lack of clear description of the Short Sale Process. This was an informercial for "House Kings"which is Cory's company. .

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Jason P. Hilton?

No one.

Disappointment. Worth less than the $2 I spent for this audio book.

Save your money...and your time. I didn't rate this a ! only because I was fault myself for being stupid enough to purchase this, albeit was on sale. Just lucky I didn't pay full price or I would have really felt stupid.

Awesome Quick Over view

I’ve read some reviews and was actually scared to purchase this book.. As a realtor who has worked short sales, I’ve found this information to be very helpful. I actually encourage anyone who didn’t get anything out of this book the first time, go back and listen/ read it again.. they are giving you very important information!

Save you money and time and don't purchase this

Have you ever read one of those informational websites that give you free valuable information and a desire to learn more about the information they shared? You will do 10x better finding and reading one of those than listening to this or reading the Kindle version. Save your money and invest in a book on short sales that has meat - instead of walk away from this book feeling sick for spending the money and time on it. Terrible.
