This story was so hot I couldn’t stop listening to it. I adore this series and all the wonderful characters. The narration just brings it to life even more.

Anna Hackett knows how to write a good story. I loved the characters and how they came together; the action and romance were great. I love audiobooks and Stell Bloom and Teddy Hamilton bring a story together like you are there.

Romance, Suspense, and Action!

This is the fourth book in the Sentinel Security Series, a Romantic Suspense. This series is interconnected with other Anna Hackett's security series (Norcross Security Series and Team 52 Series). Devyn “Hellfire” and Killian's story is grippingly fast-paced, action packed, and entertaining, filled with danger, and twists and turns. The characters are well developed and interesting. I liked the slow burn romance, the tension, the banter, and the humor in the story. Excellent narration from Stella Bloom and Teddy Hamilton. I enjoyed it! Looking forward to more in the series.

Did Not disappoint!

I have been waiting anxiously for Steel's story since he first appeared in the Norcross series. I was not disappointed. Stella Bloom and Teddy Hamilton are my favorite narrators for romantic suspense, (except when Teddy did the British accent in Hadley's story). I have listened to the Norcross series three times and will probably end up doing the same with this series.

Fast paced action.

Whew the sparks fly in this gripping story

Whew the sparks fly in this gripping, fast-paced, action packed, danger fueled, edge of your seat suspense filled story as Steel and Hellfire battle it out to save theirselves, and more importantly to them, each other and take down the assassin after them and colleagues. But finding the killer isn't the only battle, as they're also fighting against their desires for each other and to gain the other's heart forever. These to sizzle as they breakdown the wall separating them and subsequently can't keep their hands of each other. I'd been waiting for their book as I knew it would be amazing given the previous encounters Killian "Steel" had with the strong and fiesty female CIA agent Devyn "Hellfire" and it did not disappoint as they barrelled toward their HEA. The terrific narration by Stella Bloom and Teddy Hamilton brought it to pulse-pounding life.

Great book

Another one bites the dust. Steel is off the market and taken by Devin! Can’t wait to see who goes down next. Hoping for a story for Slade, not a Sentinel employee but we can hope.☺️

Action packed story, very good performance

I love the characters and the way this book is so action packed. I really enjoy the way it keeps the story moving and the suspense ebbing and flowing. The romance is enjoyable though way too steamy for my liking. The performance is very good!

Recommended

I have been waiting for Steel & Hellfire's story since I first saw them. They are impressive separately, but together, things explode, including this story. I loved the story, the intrigue & action. However, I felt the excessive sex was just a bit much. This one pretty much crossed the line between erotica and romantic suspense.

I will go ahead and continue the series, hoping it is not a trend that continues. I have now read all the Norcross stories as well as this series up to this point, so I am hopeful.

Kudos to the narrators skill at bringing the story to life.
