Incredibly Comprehensive

If you really want to understand your body and why you crave sugar or have other health problems, this is the book to listen to. Triya Redberg has organized and explained so much in one book. I always find it more helpful to know the mechanisms behind things like sugar cravings because it helps me justify not doing it - knowing the craving will stop. Packed with information. The print book would be a good resource to keep in your library as well.

Such a pleasure

My sisters who are trying to reduce weight found this book to be very helpful.
The whole process is very thorough and goes into detail. This audiobook is a must because it offers intelligent tips on how to lose weight quickly even if you don't like to work out or just simply don't have time to exercise. Self-control is the main key that it teaches and with this, you can improve your life. Such a pleasure to listen to. I would recommend this to my friends.

This is such a good approach to feeling better and looking better, I love it! Sugar detox can be a scary proposition if you don’t have proper guidance, thank goodness for this book showing you the way. I’m already feeling better putting this into action. good book

This book has some good information about gut health and brain health and making sure your hormones are balanced correctly. I never thought I could lose weight by boosting my brain and gut chemistry, but It definitely makes sense. Would recommend.

The info I’ve always wanted!

Great resource if you want to know the ins and outs of why you want to eat specific foods and avoid others to loose weight. I feel like this 21 day sugar detox is totally doable and I will be doing this three times a year to lose and maintain my goal weight. I especially enjoyed the bonuses at the end- what a sweet surprise!

Very thorough!

Let's burn some fat!
