Anxiety Sisters Don’t Go it Alone !
I’m loving listening to this book. It feels so good to know that I’m not alone with my anxiety. Abs and Mags explain symptoms and solutions in an easy to understand and humorous manner. I promise you will feel better about yourself after listening to this book.

Insightful, Humorous, Comforting... Terrific!!!
I bought the hard copy book first, but being a huge a fan of their podcast "The Spin Cycle" I decided that I wanted to hear it read by Abbe and Maggie. Their compassion, humor and expertise come through loud and clear as they help people like me to manage our anxiety. I haven't finished listening, but have really been enjoying the company on my way to work this week!
