Fun story
It is fun from the go. I stays fun all the way through the humor and the 'serious' parts.
The characters are a blast even if a little over the top hence 4 not 5 stars.
If you're looking for a D&D land fun story, then you should enjoy this.

there is a good story in there....
The premise of this book is interesting and showed a great deal of promise. I felt the overall story details and mechanics should have been fleshed out more. The book is lacking polish as well as some story cohesion.

Worth it...
A book that actually lived up to the review hype and 16hrs of entertainment...perfect for a long road trip. Easy listen with a good balance of seriousness and dark humor. This is just good story telling. I'm glad I broke free of the influx of garbage Litrpg books and picked this one up.

terrible but in a good way.
this is the kind of book you read when you have nothing else to do, and you want something stupid and kind of fun. Please note this book is not very good, if you're looking for great literature, look somewhere else. Don't believe all the five-star reviews. This book is not that good. However, if you're looking to waste time and laugh occasionally without having to think much. This book is for you. It will never make a top 10 list, but I had fun.

Excellent, uplifting, funny, but long
I really enjoyed this while struggling with depression. The voicing is great, characters are great, and it got some thoroughly funny moments. However, about 2/3 in it felt like the story could've been finished, but it continued to drag more than necessary, for better and worse.

Too OP
There's a lot I can say about this book, but the main thing is that there is no conflict. If there is a problem, then the main characters just show up and solve it. Either but effortlessly overpowering their opponents or just annoying them.
