Fae exist only in children’s stories, or so I thought. That was before a nightmarish creature of the Fae Realm dropped into my life. He claimed a seven-pointed mark on my skin signified my magical lineage, the bit of DNA my mother passed down. Days after I arrive in the Fae Realm, I’m thrown into a series of trials titled ‘The Devotion’. I must compete with demons, vampires, elves and more who want to claim their place at the future King’s side. I have no interest in this guy, but it doesn’t help that the King-to-be is a gorgeous, brooding fae.

Stunningly heart wrenching
C.C has written a emotional roller coaster again. Feeling every heart warming moment before it’s ripped from your chest as Lyrik feels it. The betrayal, the heartache, the hope for Lyrik to find peace & happiness. It’s a fun ride, the ending few chapters add so much, the twists, combined with the connection to C.C upcoming series is perfect.
Laura as usual does a fantastic job narrating, enjoying her voice tell the story as I drive to work.

I need more!!!
This story was perfect!! A great prequel for an amazing character!! And of course the narration is awesome as usual!! I cannot wait for the next installment of this series!!

Luv it!
Can’t wait for the next one! Was so happy when this showed up in my audible line up. I have been waiting. Now more of a wait, but it is well worth it. Keep ‘em coming…please.

I only wish the book was longer, 6 hours of lyrics story wasn’t enough and I can’t wait for the next book in the series

excited for book 4
no wonder she is the way she is... I can't wait to hear how book 4 unfolds. Lyrik easily became one of my favorite characters in this series & book 3 just solidified my admiration for her even more than I thought possible, all around she's a bad ass in my opinion.
