You can do chair yoga

My body has been mistreated and poorly maintained for yearsand has bad knees unresponsive joints and significant discomfort in many positions. When i struggled to pick up a pencil from the ground i decided to try to start the fight to regain control. Heather wrote this book for me and the ideas and practices have been perfect to expand my reach and flexibility reduce aches and begin feeling strong and confident . This book is perfectly suited for anyone not ready to give up and fight back against the pit falls of aging! Give this a week i guarantee you will love the results
