The best

I'm in love with these books. I'm surprised I haven't heard of these books. Awesome audio book

fun and surprisingly deep

i have to admit i did not have high hopes gor these books, but it is overall a great audio book. most of the main characters are well-developed, relatable and interestimg. the book has surprising depth, dealing with issues like racism, slavery, rape, and the moral struggles faced by the protagonist. before you dismiss the genre, remember what fun Tron is as a movie!! more than anything though, i think these books have tapped into the need to grapple with our own struggling world, humanity, and morals, while giving us the escapism and fun of doing it in the fantasy RPG world. any one who has played RPGs can attest to the powerful relationships that can be formed in game, as well as the ability of the game to give you some solace from the everyday wears, cares, and thorns of life, while the protagonists ongoing moral conundrums nevertheless remind us all of our humanity and that our choices do matter.

Great Listen

This is a great book that I loved listening to and had a very fresh feel compared to other fantasy novels I've read.

Picked up as soon as last book left off

This book has a little more action than the first 2 a little bit more that goes on that you have to really pay attention too but very good still. The narrator Nick Podehl does a very good job with James(aka Ricktor) emotions of what he goes though and the different frustrations that comes with being the master of the mist village.

This book series is amazing!

Such an intriguing story, and a relatable character. Because I'm not able to play WoW like I used to, this definitely satiates my rpg hunger, hehe... So in love with this series, it's so hard to put down. I've devoured the first three books in such short time. It's so easy to get lost in the world of The Land with Richter and his companions and adventures. This is a must read series... Aleron is amazing-sauce!

The story is engrossing! The characters are so imaginative and entertaining! I think this series is a must read for current gamers or past gamers!

What??? Another great Book!?

This is amazing! Aleron shoots lightning out of his eyes and craps thunder(as all great prize fighters should). Richter blows stuff up in this fast paced LITRPG. The third installment rushes forward and leaves you full but yearning for more.
